The fries were also cold when they came out. the servers were nice, but the long wait really ruined it. This isn’t the first time it’s been like this either.

This most recent time I had to call twice to get an answer, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were very busy it being on a Sunday, but when I arrived that was not the case at all they were dead. I pulled to the to go pick up were the door wouldn't open so I had to go around through the front, and was informed that that door doesn't work all the time ON A BRAND NEW BUILDING. I get to the to go area to find it empty with the phone just ringing away and the volume turned so low you could barely hear it ringing I then found out why I had to call more than once. the lady was helping in the kitchen which understandable sometimes that what you have to do, but its not hard to turn the ringer volume up so you don't lose business. The food wings where overcooked as usual, its just not worth the price.
