  I'm shocked with how I was treated at this location, I've been eating Pizzahut my entire life and I believe my faith has just been shifted. I ordered a simple pizza and the employees are incapable of either reading, keeping track or ensuring the customer is serviced correctly! I proceed to call in the mistake and after being disrespected as if I'm unable to determine a pepperoni only pizza or something... seriously bothers me more than the disgusting pizza did setting in my stomach! I'm definitely going to Distract cause their employees need customers service training severely! It's honestly Pethetic and unprofessional!!

  BEWARE! DOMINOS IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! We usually order pizza about 3 times a month. Usually our Friday treat. We drive in from a near by town. We usually love it here. The last time the crust seemed a little undercooked or something. (Same this time, its just not the same as usual and chewy...photo attached) and we didn't get extra pineapple. My husband calls and the young lady said, apologized and said they'd note and and remake it. (It couldnt have been more than 2 weeks ago that we had an issue) Tonight we called for that pizza with the intent of ording a second. He gets there and was told we he makes complaints 3 times a week and he's not to return. They wouldn't give their names either. We have NEVER complained. We have always been happy with their pizzas and service when we pick up. They also refused to show proof of the complaints. I'm not sure what is going on over there but that's not a way to do business. Like I said Domino's is right across the street. WHAT A SHAME.

  We just ordered a Super Supreme pizza with extra black olives, cheese and sauce from the Columbus Pizza Hut, and it was by far one of the best Pizzas I have eaten in the last few years! Our cook and server was Angie, who graciously helped my wife with the order and brought it out to us with a smile. We definitely recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone wanting excellent service, quality and prices in the area!
