  After repeating order 3 times gave wrong meals. Shakes were melting and whipped cream within a couple of minutes ran all over. Made terrible mess for 3shakes.

  I went to this Colleyville location last month and the girl taking my order didn’t seem to understand the question I ask about the food. A guy interrupted and answered which was fine. However she gave me total for a chicken bites meal being $11. As I swiped my card I seen everything on the screen disappear and while my card was spinning she rung up other food and charged me $16. She brought the food out I showed her my banking app that I was charged $11 and &16 for 1 meal. She got the manager he claimed he could not refund me cash of the $16 but would credit me both amounts. He comes back out saying he credited the $11 but could didn’t see the $16. I don’t believe that at all. Sure enough I got charged $16! I will not be visiting this location.

  I ordered a refresher with zero sugar sprite, it tasted like carbonated water, no sprite flavor at all but the girl was kind enough to replace it with a diet dr pepper although the refresher was 2$ more. I won't order another refresher from here, I'll stick to Starbucks refreshers!!!
