  Honestly I haven't been to La Hacienda Ranch in but I kept reading everybody raving about it so I went to see what it was like I ordered food to eat at lunch time there and to take home I tried the fajitas that includes shrimp steak and chicken and the soup I was watching people all around me their appetizers and I couldn't figure out why I hadn't gotten my suit so I asked the server and how she comes with the fajitas and the soup at the same time excuse me but aren't you supposed to have an appetizer first and then the main course later on I said I don't want the fajitas being warmed up and they were and the they were greasy the chicken was dried out of course because they kept it in the oven for that amount of time the steak was fatty and the shrimp tasted like iodine I haven't eaten the food I brought home though and I wish I hadn't ordered it before I had ordered the main course because it's nothing special but that's my opinion people you have to make your own choice but I was very disappointed in both the service and the greasiness of the fajitas the soup was excellent but she kept coming back asking me if everything okay is everything okay is everything okay so I didn't get to finish the soup cuz she was in a rush to bring out the fajitas which were reheated again that's my opinion I wouldn't go back

  No complaints as it was very good. Fajitas were delicious. Chips and salsa great flavor. Fresh tortillas made to order basically.

  Made a reservation on line. And when we got there, they said we dont do reservations on the weekend, and explained that they weren't sure why their website was doing that. Instead of honoring their mistake, they offered to put us on the list to get us seated in about an hour. 😆 we left and went to downtown grapevine and discovered an amazing restaurant called dinos crab and claw. Do it!

  Good basic Tex/Mex at this restaurant. It has a great look compared to so many storefront looking restaurants. I don’t feel anything really stood out as unusual in any way, positive or negative. Food was good and a very good job on the queso and guacamole. The chicken nachos were kind of strange, not being very nacho like at all. I consider nachos to be a pile of chips with a pile of all the toppings over them. This actually felt closer to Chalupas than nachos, which was bit disappointing. So, with nothing that stood out and one thing that wasn’t great, I give it a solid 3-star rating with the lean to 3 stars based on the atmosphere that was above usual.

  We went today for the first time in several years and was seated but never waited on. Several servers were just standing around having a good time. I kept making eye contact, but no one would come over to our booth. Finally, a server, Jesse, who was actually rushing around attending to his own tables, came up to us and asked if we have been helped. He then proceeded to take our drink order and went to find our server. They were not even there so he took our table and made what would have been a walk and to another restaurant, a great experience. THANK YOU JESSE!!!
