  I've come to this McDonald's location a lot and I love how the staff engages with the customers. However, I've had this odd experience in which a specific individual staff member has told me that I've passed the speaker on two different occasions to justify not taking my order at the drive through. The first time he told me to order at the windows because he couldnt hear me. That's fine. But when I got ignored at the sign the second time for 3 minutes it feels like I was snubbed. That said, this staff member was also highly professional at correcting my order when I received the wrong food. I do think this McDonalds is run well.

  The owner should be more selective with his employees. Every night I'm served by the same woman, and I think she's bitter because she always answers rudely when I order, and I feel like she's mocking the way I speak. It's really annoying to go and buy food politely and be treated with such a bad attitude. You pay for the food; it's not free, so why treat you like that?

  The staff at this location are extremely rude! They don’t even acknowledge a customer when coming to pick up an online order. This happens every single time. The orders are ALWAYS late as well. Stay clear of this location!

  Can't be bothered to bring food to the table. I ordered via the app. I had 3 small children (5 and under) and I enjoy being able to order through the app and having it brought to the table so I can still keep my eyes on my children. Well, they came to the table, asked to clarify my name, and said that my food was at the front. They clarified my name, but did bring my food? I asked about why they didn't just bring my food, but nope, he ignored the question, and said something to the effect of I didn't want to

  If you come after the sun goes down, be prepared to not speak any English with anyone that works there. They are very polite. The place is very clean and the food is very good. But if they forgot to put something in your bag, there’s no possible way to tell them. If you ask for an ice cream cone to be put in a cup, they will charge you for a drink and an ice cream cone.
