- KSK SDec 30, 20252.0The store and branding is very cute!! Tea flavor is really rich and yummy but toppings could be more, particularly the grass jelly. Guy employee working 12/30 at 3pm had a very bad attitude and terrible customer service. Waited longer for him to acknowledge/service me than to get my drink with only one other customer waiting when I ordered. Made his annoyance very obvious when I came in and taking my order. Very sad because I was excited to try Lazi Cow seeing the cute cups, but after this poor experience, don’t think I’ll be coming back here again :(

Their milk teas, milkshakes, and sparkling drinks are all amazing — super flavorful, perfectly balanced, and always made fresh. The boba is consistently soft and chewy, and there are so many great options to choose from. The shop itself is cute, clean, and a great place to hang out, and the staff is friendly and welcoming every time. If you’re a milk tea or boba lover, Lazi Cow is a must-try!
