Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. I had the started tamale plate and they were so delicious. friend has the chile relleno and she declared it perfect. the chips came with three complimentary dips (our favorite was the green salsa and fount that neither one was spicy). I will return to try more items

I call to ask and front desk has to go and actually ask if they do indeed still serve an item to only come back and say they don’t. It’s frustrating and misleading when the menu has one thing, call and someone says yes then asks and it’s a no!
