Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. - TAT A5 days ago5.0Get the mambo taxi margarita. (You can even get them to go if you order a food item, say, the brisket queso.) You're welcome. Lol I am obsessed with this place. It's good for dates, work dinners, solo dining. The food is phenomenal. I got the civice salad and I am still thinking about it. Whenever I see this restaurant near where I am going in DFW, I try to find a way to go. Ambiance is wonderful. One of the Gloria's, I think in Arlington, does salsa dancing with a live band on Saturdays. Free parking.
