My son and I walked in on Monday evening, October 13th around 830 pm. There were no employees at the counter to take our order. They were in the back. One employee slowly walks up to start washing your hands. No one ever greets us or says we’ll be with you. The employees barely spoke to either one of us. There is absolutely zero customer service at this store. Please train your employees to learn how to speak to their customers I’ll be visiting other chipotle locations in the area from now on

The black girl with the red bun is so rude when she ask you what u want to order and rolled her eyes when my son wasn’t sure on what protein he wanted to pick. She is so impatient and then pushed my bowl for someone else to make. Never have i been anywhere in a restaurant and was treated so poorly by an employee. If it wasn’t for her this place would be good but i recommend going to a different chipotle down the street. The environment is so terrible and definitely don’t make the customers feel welcomed or wanted and rushed !
