    The manager was alone for the day and I can imagine a mess trying to get caught up. But she was extremely polite and happy to put together a beautiful and tasty sandwich for my husband and myself for dinner. The only thing I would change is securing the tip jar out front. I asked her if I gave her a tip in person could she take it. I told her I didn't feel safe putting it in a clear jar with an open top where I know cash disappears by customers or possibly a single employee taking it all. I asked her if I could give her a cash tip in person and not in the tip box, as I felt it would be unsafe she may not get it. She said as a "manager" tips put into the register electronically only go to associate employees, not the manager. Even if no one else was there to work that day. I always like to pay tips in cash in hand to make sure the proper employees get it. The tips are split once a month electronically so I worry they may not get anything. In this case, the manager working as the only employee for the day deserves 100% of all tips. Not to wait until the end of the day or to split with employees who didn't work. There has to be a better and more fair way. A manager who works their fanny off putting on a happy smile at 5pm after working alone all day deserves a large tip. And the company should be more helpful in allowing customers to participate in tipping without it be stolen while sandwiches are being made.

    Cindy has an attitude problem. Would not recommend. She was rude the entire time and I will not be returning. Funnily, she’s surprised people don’t tip her for the horrible service! 😂 Maybe if the food was significantly cheaper it wouldn’t be a problem dealing with such hostility. Also, this location has pizza as a menu item yet when I asked if I could order a pizza, I was told it was a seasonal item. When has pizza ever been seasonal at Subway? I have a hard time believing it wasn’t just her laziness doing the talking. This place can’t keep their breads stocked either. Wanted white bread and was told it was out. Absolutely terrible service. Don’t eat at the gas station Subway. If you can’t handle customer service, don’t work a customer service job… We were polite the entire time to Cindy and she must have felt insecure about what a good attitude looks like.

    I don’t know what was wrong with the employees there ,My sandwich was prepared incorrectly and the service was terrible as of late. Ms. Lori in the mornings and then there was a young man that was there almost every night that was so polite and made the best sandwich! This Cindy lady just is too rude.

    Sandwich was good, had to wait a long time to pickup order, he did not even notice me standing to pickup order. It was not a express pickup :(
