  Pick up order times are just suggestions here. Arrive 20 minutes before your pick up time to remind them of everything. Eventually I got my order: I had ordered 15 drinks for teachers - I ASSUMED they’d label what the drinks were - they didn’t. So definitely request that. My food order was someone else’s completely and my kids def don’t eat chili dogs so they got to eat Classroom left over snacks :/ BUT the managers # was on the receipt. I called him. He answered Immediately and was lovely.

  I keep putting up with the employees because I like the drinks. but they were the rudest they’ve ever been today and i probably won’t go back to this location again. never had such bad service, it can’t be this hard to do your job. There was an issue with payment and of the female employees was extremely rude and unpleasant about it.

  March 14th night shift , horrible experience as far as food quality, accuracy and customer service. Finish my drink while waiting for My food at the drive-through And asked for a refill and was told “no they don’t do that” So when I asked for another one to purchase, she seemed extremely bothered and told the whole crew and it was obvious everybody was talking about me as they were all staring at me, as if I did something wrong for finishing my drink so fast (ice was filled to the top.) I ordered three number fours that were supposed to be double meat and every single one of them Only had one single Patty. Won’t be attending this sonic anytime soon. (For night shifts at least.) This sonic lacks proper structure and needs training or better supervision.
