- J1Jfga 1932Mar 25, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. This is not the first time my order has been wrong, but this time was especially frustrating. I received multiple burgers with no meat, even though the receipt clearly showed the correct order. Out of several burgers, only one actually had meat when there should have been two. I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue, but I was completely ignored. No effort was made to fix the situation or even acknowledge the mistake. At this point, it feels like this keeps happening repeatedly with no accountability. I don’t usually complain, but being ignored after bringing up a valid issue felt disrespectful. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both order accuracy and customer service.
