  Ordered a curbside pickup for my kids breakfast before school. We get there with 20 minutes to spare, Parked in our spot and waited 15 minutes. My kids were tardy for the first time all year today. The point of ordering ahead was to not be late and then when I pull through their drive-through to get my order since nobody brought it out to me I was told that it wasn’t a curbside so I show them my phone and say well this is a curbside. I ordered it for curbside and I’ve been waiting for it for over 10 minutes. Needless to say I was very pissed off. As you can see in the screenshot of my order, it says curbside and that they would bring it out to me shortly. They did not bring it out to me. We waited 15 minutes for two sandwiches and two hot chocolates that I had to go through the drive-through to get.

  Literally the worst McDonald’s location ever. Customer service is horrible. Scowls from all employees tonight and most nights. I do love the Diet Coke though.

  The morning crew is always friendly, a smile with my sandwich really makes my day start right.
