I was craving Fazoli’s back on Sunday(march 29, 2026) I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce(I wanted spaghetti with meatballs but it was an extra $2 which I didn’t see it on board) the older lady I didn’t get her name was extremely rude to me when I got my cup to get a drink(Pepsi zero) the drink that I selected was out as soon I went to the counter she brought me my food and completely ignored me seconds later, I told her about the Pepsi zero being out and she rudely told me it was full(which I knew that was a lie she just said that in order to get me off her back) as soon as I got my food I felt a metallic taste in my mouth I didn’t think nothing of it until early Monday morning when I almost threw up right now I’m still feeling the urge to throw up due to the food that I ate. As pissed off as I was on Sunday, I was going to talk to the manager but I left because I didn’t want to make a scene in front of other customers plus she was nowhere to be found probably in the back laughing with other employees or playing on her phone or whatever Fazoli’s on Harvey Rd. y’all need to do better with your staff’s customer service skills(except for the young man who was running drive-thru who was very respectful) and check your food before you make someone else sick
