It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Very slow, and food was cold definitely not coming back to this location‼️ management needs to do better with there over night team this is very unprofessional

    Friendly and fast. It is always a stop when traveling throughout Texas. Food is great! Breakfast is awesome! We like that you can get a burger and fries for breakfast if you want, it makes the whole family happy.

    Full-time digital nomad here and I didn't general eat "fast food"... I won't eat McD's and the other national chains... but there's just something different about Whataburger! The double burger through the garden is me go-to when I'm out-and-about and need food. There's just something nostalgic about Whataburger and they seem to go a good job with their employees as the service and food quality is very consistent and good.
