- ESElizaveta SokolovaFeb 23, 20261.0I have gone to this location multiple times but EVERY time I leave disappointed. Most of the workers are not polite with one mocking me when all I did was order a smoothie?? I didn’t even say anything unusual or use a harsh tone. And the food is just thrown together like they don’t care. Flatbreads are cold, bowls are thrown together like a kindergartner made it and the smoothies taste off and not how it’s supposed to be the location on Arrington is so much better they actually care about customer satisfaction and putting effort into the food. GO TO ARRINGTON. The university location sucks

I drove thru ordered which was initially fine but it was funny because I pulled up and they said “order when ready” or something. I immediately replied, “could I please get a detox island green”. No response for 5 minutes, a line formed, I was waving and saying words… no one in front of me. Little to no pineapple flavor and huge pieces of not blended ginger. The whole thing wasn’t well mixed and I am currently reblending it at home. Hope this helps. Try it before you leave because omg.

If others have had bad experiences here they must’ve gotten those issues fixed. Smoothie I got (peanut paradise with pea protein powder) was yummy and filling! Will come back and try others!
