If I pay extra for something to be added/replaced, I expect it to be done. This has been happening for a long time, so I can easily say its probably a management issue. Can't train employees right and can't make sure they do their jobs correctly either. Insane.

I don’t know if the person only hears the word quesadilla and automatically zooms through without hearing the differences. It’s not that hard. A cheese quesadilla is not a chick-en quesadilla. A steak quesadilla is not a chick-en quesadilla. Cheese or steak? It’s not chicken! I don’t know if this is a running joke? These cheese quesadillas are so expensive, so we spend easily over $20 on quesadillas. Then, we come home and boom, wrong order. Why do we come back? I don’t know, but my husband is too afraid of asking for a refund sooo….whoever is doing this, please just slow down a sec and follow-through please. I just want my dang cheese quesadillas 😭😂
