The employees were very friendly and genuinely working fast.I was really happy with the experience. People usually like to leave bad reviews. That said they are pretty good at getting orders out fast and accurate. They don’t skimp on the portions. Also if you ask for light lettuce and no onions they seem to get it right.

- JPJames PattonDec 7, 20251.0This Taco Bell location allows students to go through the drive-thru on foot. My issue is not with the students wanting food. But, to send them through the drive-thru on foot? So you end up with a mixture of vehicles and foot traffic at the same time. In my case, I had made a mobile app order and simply needed to pick it up. However, I got caught behind a large group of students placing orders while standing in front of drive-through order station. The group kept growing larger. After 20 minutes, I called the store to see if I could grab my order at the door. I was told no. I asked to speak to a manager. She also said no and abruptly hung-up on me. I left without the food and have contacted corporate. It seems to me that given the nature of this location's business, it might help to have a pick-up window for students on foot, or mobile app orders. It is not right to make a customer, who has already ordered and paid for food to wait more than 30 minutes to hopefully make it up to the drive-thru window.

She told us to hurry up and get our order to go just because we came about 20 minutes before closing. She was yelling at people trying to come in and overall is probably just bad for this places business. She told other students she doesn’t want them to “get comfortable and start eating”… what kind of atmosphere is this providing to these kids just trynna grab a snack after late night studying??
