  Taco bell is an amazzinng place..but customers are not always right and im so over people racially profiling the employees. The color of their skin, tattoos,piercings,and that doesn't define anybody's personality but you can't complain on them. Employees have feelings just like the customers..the difference is they can't show it cause it doesn't matter..only what customers say or feel about them that matters,and that's not right eitha. So I feel that customers are not always right if they don't like what they hear they will do anything to get someone in trouble..so I feel just like employees need to do better the customers do also.

  This is currently my favorite Taco Bell in the area. They always make full burritos and crunchwraps, and they are always quick. It’s like the other Taco Bells are afraid to give you food. This place is awesome

  Missed an item for my online order tonight and i called them about it. they asked me if i placed the order on the mobile app and i since i placed it on my browser. i said i placed it on safari and they said, what is safari. when i elaborated and said it was a browser, like safari, chrome, they continued to say they didn’t know what it was. if they had said smth else, or acknowledged that they made a mistake, or even wanted to see proof of it i would have happily of tried to do my best to show them, but to continue and say that they didn’t know what a BROWSER was is absolutely ridiculous. Safari, Chrome, etc and saying that you don’t know what that is when you mess up an online order is ridiculous. at least say that you messed up, or say smth other than an oblivious lie like that you don’t know what a web browser is. absolutely ridiculous service and blatant lies by the workers. will never be coming back to this location and will happily drive extra minutes to go to further location instead of continuing to go to this one

  I had an outstanding experience at this Taco Bell thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Ervin. I had misplaced my receipt, which my company needed, and Ervin went above and beyond to help. He was able to locate the receipt and send it to me, saving me from having to drive two hours to retrieve it. That level of care and professionalism truly stands out. Ervin made the entire process easy and stress-free, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and the business. I highly recommend this Taco Bell—not just for the food, but for the outstanding customer service. Employees like Ervin are the reason customers continue to come back.

  Nachos bell grande to go no beef tomato’s barely any cheese. Big clump of beans. Called she got upset with me. If I have time come back they will make a new one! These restaurants need to start checking orders! This is ridiculous
