- LCLeran Chang1 day ago1.0Missed an item for my online order tonight and i called them about it. they asked me if i placed the order on the mobile app and i since i placed it on my browser. i said i placed it on safari and they said, what is safari. when i elaborated and said it was a browser, like safari, chrome, they continued to say they didn’t know what it was. if they had said smth else, or acknowledged that they made a mistake, or even wanted to see proof of it i would have happily of tried to do my best to show them, but to continue and say that they didn’t know what a BROWSER was is absolutely ridiculous. Safari, Chrome, etc and saying that you don’t know what that is when you mess up an online order is ridiculous. at least say that you messed up, or say smth other than an oblivious lie like that you don’t know what a web browser is. absolutely ridiculous service and blatant lies by the workers. will never be coming back to this location and will happily drive extra minutes to go to further location instead of continuing to go to this one
