I come to this Taco Bell often (like 3 times a week) and order through the mobile app and they always get my order right and the food is hot. They forgot a burrito and immediately made it for me the next day no questions asked. Not so sure why there are so many negative reviews, nothing but good things to say.

Yesterday they left my pick up order sitting on the kitchen counter & I waited almost 10mins before someone came back to help me. Then today the lady in the drive thru was rude & unpleasant. She didnt give me a reciept and just waved me off with her hand and closed the window after handing me my bag without saying a word. I WAS excited we got a store in our area but I will just keep driving to the Harvey Rd location in the future.
