The employee was making sandwiches, which is fine, but there was no greeting or acknowledgment despite being the only person waiting. I asked what time they were closing, the employee raised his voice and snapped, “TEN!” Not a welcoming experience, especially when asking such a simple question. Basic courtesy goes a long, long way.

Having managed at subway not only do I know this should not be happening but there's not even a button to charge for extra vegetables. Don't know if I should be upset with the manager for making their employees charge for something they're not supposed to or if this was a lie and I should be upset with the employee
