When our food was cold when served the waiter immediately advised the floor manager and he addressed it. (Re-heated food) We had a party of 7. Several had a warm soup that was served cold. At least two of us had our main entree that was not warm at all! They truly had a packed house for Christmas! The staff, including managers were very service-oriented! Nice smiles, pleasant conversation. We made the best of it!
- GKG KDec 31, 20252.0Inconsiderate Management Staff (Kelly). Avoid this place! I spoke with the manager and arranged for a group of about sixteen to dine there today around 11:15 am. I understood that we could not have the back room but did ask for a table large enough to comfortably accomodate us including a disabled family member. Unfortunately, we were crammed into a tiny set of tables jammed against against a wall on one side and booths on the other. People who were against the wall could not even get out once seated.Our group of sixteen clearly annoyed all those other booths around us. Given the majority of the restaurant was empty outside this small area, we could have easily been seated elsewhere. This was extremely inconsiderate on the part of the manager, "Kelly." Servers did fine & food was typical average Saltgrass.
- CTCorey TidwellDec 29, 20251.0Well let me start from the beginning when me and my wife sat down the server told us there wasn’t any bread and prime rib so we said ok so a family came and sat next to us and the server went over to them we wasn’t ready so me and my wife looked back at the table and they had bread so they brung us our drinks and the drinks was wrong what I’m saying is we were treated unfair the whole night the manager didn’t do anything about the situation therefore I will not give salt grass any of my money so if you want to have some good service stay away from this place and the server name was Cody! No more!!

Always attentive wait staff, cold fresh salads, even colder beer, and of course steaks always cooked to your liking (dreaming of having another filet as I type). OMG I almost forgot the carrot cake.
