If I had gone inside and done my own shopping, I would have been done in a fraction of the time. What is supposed to be a convenience turned into a total waste of time. This exact situation has now happened two days in a row. While I was still sitting in my car waiting, multiple customers who arrived after me were served and left before me. There was no explanation, no update, and no apology. I was simply ignored while watching others come and go. Curbside pickup is supposed to exist to save customers time, not take hours out of their day. People have jobs, responsibilities, and schedules to keep. Making customers wait indefinitely without communication is extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of respect for their time. If a store cannot handle curbside orders efficiently, then they should not be offering this service at all. Overpromising convenience and delivering long delays is misleading and reflects very poorly on management and operations. This experience has completely discouraged me from using curbside pickup here ever again. I will not be returning, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this location for curbside service. Very disappointing and poorly managed.
