We got our coffee immediately but we kept waiting for our food. 15 minutes later I went to go and check on it and of course they had forgotten about us. The lady did throw in an extra hash brown for the wait. Thank goodness she did becausey.husband couldn't eat the sandwich It was harder than a rock. I asked her about it and she said that's how they are made. The muffin was so dry I nearly choked on it. I went to go to the bathroom and the hallway and men's bathroom were flooded with water. No wet floor sign or anything. We told them about the water but they already knew about it. I would not recommend theeal deal special or muffin here.
