During this time, I attempted to call the store for an update as the “tracker” was clearly not working as it was showing “making” while the delivery time was reducing and updating to show ‘one minute away’ for 10 minutes. The phone rang for 5 minutes and no one answered. I understand being busy. I don’t understand zero customer service Updated Not only was it terribly late, it was burnt! Driver said “yeah, I’ll tell someone” when asked about their inability to answer the phone… Customer service at its finest.

Phone rang constantly and no one even tried to answer. Got food 45 minutes after pick up time I was told. Did not get the dipping sauce cups I paid for. Drive up window was ignored the entire time I was there even though there were cars outside. They seemed very busy, and did apologize at the end but really didn’t have a good experience.
