I finally drove around and went inside. Even then they just acted as if we weren't there. The store wasn't packed or busy so I dont know what the problem was. After waiting all that time for overpriced pizza we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. This isn't the first time this we've gotten bad customer service at this location but it will definitely be the last!!!

Was i disappointed that because the 2 pizzas i ordered 1st arrived on time and the 3rd being gluten free did not my friend Was unable to eat with us. I was told because of the mishap I would get a free pizza limitless toppings. Well, the manager Jonathon needs to learn customer service. When I called to get my pizza I wanted a New York style 4 toppings (not being greedy)...he says no, you can get a gluten free...well, I dont want a ten inch gluten free, I dont need gluten free. The pizzas were the same price. Makes no sense...he says I can get a 10" pizza...after I spent over $70 and they screwed up(which i did not even get angry)...but dont offer a free pizza after you screw up and want to screw the customer again....bad customer and managerial skills.
