  This was the worst food and service ever. I spent 60 bucks on food plus a tip. It came burnt and cold!!! When I called back the manager BLAKE was rude and unprofessional. I was promised replacement that never came so I called again and the phone was hung up in my face.... Order your food from somewhere else!!!!

  I ordered dinner after an hour and a half no pizza came I called the store and first I tell the person who answered that my order has not arrived yet says complete. She then passes me off to somebody else I assumed was the manager. I had to repeat the story two more times she kept placing me on hold, said that her delivery driver knocked, but nobody answered. my son was sitting next to the door waiting on the pizza nobody knocked then she said that they just left it on the porch. I had looked before I even called. There was no pizza 10 min later I say so. What are we gonna do to fix this? the girl says to me. …,I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YA -he knocked. Nobody answered. He left it on the porch. You got your pizza!! …. Then I asked if she was a manager and she said no she wasn’t, so why I was passed to this person with poor customer service I really don’t know, when I did get the manager on the phone. She was quick to action and she did remake my pizzas for me, along with a dessert, but when I went up to the store to pick it up after I did pay for delivery, she did not greet me or tell me she was sorry or handle the order herself as I would hope management would , and at first they forgot to give me the dessert I was promised! it was just really poor customer service, which is sad because the store, is nice and clean and the pizza was good, but I don’t understand where the accountability was at. Or why the delivery driver didn’t knock why they didn’t try to call my phone number that was clearly on the ticket like it was a mess. They need to train a little better I think.

  I accidentally ordered takeout for 12:30 am instead of 12:30 pm and already pre-paid on the app but they still made my order when I showed up and even took my word for it that I paid online. Really cool dudes, thanks for helping me out. Great service.

  Pésima experiencia, la pizza fría y el servicio de entrega no funcionó y tuve que ir a recoger la pizza yo y me cobraron por el delivery que no me dieron
