I contacted your location by phone in an effort to resolve an issue related to your company’s policies. Unfortunately, the interaction I experienced fell far below the standard of professionalism and customer care I expected. During the call, Carlos was dismissive of my concerns and did not appear interested in listening to or addressing the issue I raised. Rather than working toward a resolution, he interrupted, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and failed to follow what I understand to be your established corporate policies. His approach left me feeling unheard and disregarded as a customer. As a combat veteran, I value professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication. I do not believe anyone deserves to be treated in the manner I experienced, particularly when attempting to resolve a matter calmly and respectfully. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed by someone at the corporate level.     They close 30 minutes early just about every day. The food is good but they are always out of toppings. I got here 12 minutes before close (I hate coming late but I work late), and the doors were locked. One of the workers stuck his head out to tell me that they are closed.
