I sat in the drive thru and waited in front of the window for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. There were two employees standing right next to the window but neither of them took the 10 seconds to acknowledge I was there and give me my food. Eventually one of them opened the window and just said “name?” And handed me my food which was probably sitting there for the entire time I was waiting. Get your crap together pls.
