- CCCarson Care2 days ago1.0Worst experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant ever. Ordered 2 bowls online. Nothing was right about either bowl. Right name was on the bag, orders were just wrong. Also ordered a side of guac that I did not receive. The amount of protein in the bowl was also the least I’ve received at any chipotle establishment ever. I will never be returning to this location and am considering never going to chipotle again. Food isn’t even that good in the first place. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION PLEASE.

I opened my taco container and there was no lettuce which was disappointing, but I was going to eat them anyway. I bit into a chip (that I paid EXTRA for) and it was the stalest thing I’ve ever tried to eat. If that wasn’t bad enough, the taco shells were inedible because of how stale they were. I have never had a problem at this location before, but now I will not be going back.

The worker said “why do people wait till the last minute” with a face and laughed with another coworker. I understand the frustration but for the next 3 minutes they laughed and mocked me and continued to make comments infront of me as if one comment wasn’t enough. The comments and jokes could’ve waited till after a shift or in the back but to laugh and mock a customer is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
