    I never normally leave a review unless it’s good, but this time I felt like I needed to. I usually prefer eating at Buffalo Wild Wings because the food rarely misses and is normally on point, but this location visit was a huge disappointment. How hard is it to drop some wings in the fryer and take them out before they’re overcooked? I’m pretty sure the fryer has a timer for a reason. The wings were dry and clearly left in too long. On top of that, my chicken dip tasted like the chef dumped a pound of salt into it completely inedible. My appetizer came out at the exact same time as my main food, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering an appetizer. To make things even worse, everything was cold the wings, the fries, all of it. My mozzarella sticks was cold, never knew that could happen.. My son’s chicken wrap was not even eatable because the chicken was so overcooked. His drink came without ice, and when we asked, the server said they didn’t have any ice… yet somehow my lemonade came out filled with ice and maybe two ounces of actual lemonade. I had to order two cups just to get enough to drink. Cold food, overcooked meals, overly salty dip, poor timing, and inconsistent service all point to a serious lack of care. This isn’t what I expect from a place I usually enjoy and recommend. If this was my first visit, I probably wouldn’t go back. Overall, a horrible and frustrating experience. Service was also poor..

    Me & my boyfriend have dined in here about 3 times, including last night. We really enjoyed it and our waiter was polite and friendly. I always use the app because it helps me get some really good deals. Our food is always fresh and yummy :) Thank you!
