- MPMaggie PiscitelliMar 23, 20261.0Usually I don’t ever have any issues with this location but I have noticed them steadily going downhill, today was the icing on the cake me and my coworker went to get drinks and first we were told that the rebel machine was down, no big deal it happens, then we just decide to both get the same drink and when we asked about the keychains that just came out today we just got a rude reply from the employee that they sold out first thing this morning (again annoying but understandable besides the attitude) then once we finally got our drinks they were both made incorrectly but we were already running late and decided to head back to work. To top it all off I get back set my drink down and when I come back to it I discover a huge crack all down the side of cup and my drink leaking out. Overall just a terrible experience if I do ever go back to Dutch bros I will more than likely skip this location in the future since there is an apparent lack of care for customers.

I got the new brown butter chocolate chip drink without the chocolate topping. Super yummy! The soft top tastes just like a cookie or brown sugar boba. 🧋
- AEAna EstradaMar 11, 20261.0I ordered a white chocolate chai in the app as I always do. I was excited to get my drink before work and didn’t get a chance to drink it until I got to work. Once I finally drank it I realized there was a horrible GRASSY aftertaste. This has never been an issue before. Whoever was in charge of preparing the chai or making my drink did not properly do it. I can understand a chain coffee shop wanting to use the last drop of their ingredients but it’s not worth saving a few bucks and end up giving customers shitty drinks. They really need to either retrain employees or change procedure. Will not be going back to this location EVER AGAIN in fear of getting bottom of the barrel drinks.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
