  I’m sad about this. They run out of key ingredients like steak, guacamole and ice. Tables are messy, staff seems overwhelmed. Chips are stale. Definitely does not follow the brand promise.

  Walked in to a busy restaurant at around 6-7ish yes understandable ! But what’s not okay is you being rude to the new hire and your customers! Poor girl was trying her hardest and being super nice while this guy SAM was being a major duche bag to her and to the customers ! I told her I’m sorry he’s being rude to you and I totally understood that she was new and it was busy ! Who ever SAM is needs to be fired or written up because the way he was talking to her is no way you talk to someone much less a new hire . Be kind people it doesn’t cost a thing !!!

  Dear Corporate Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a recent experience I had with one of your managers, Carlos. I contacted your location by phone in an effort to resolve an issue related to your company’s policies. Unfortunately, the interaction I experienced fell far below the standard of professionalism and customer care I expected. During the call, Carlos was dismissive of my concerns and did not appear interested in listening to or addressing the issue I raised. Rather than working toward a resolution, he interrupted, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and failed to follow what I understand to be your established corporate policies. His approach left me feeling unheard and disregarded as a customer. As a combat veteran, I value professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication. I do not believe anyone deserves to be treated in the manner I experienced, particularly when attempting to resolve a matter calmly and respectfully. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed by someone at the corporate level. I would appreciate a thorough investigation into this incident, clarification regarding your official policies, and follow-up communication regarding how this situation will be addressed. My goal is not simply to complain, but to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and professionalism your company claims to uphold. Please let me know the next steps in the review process and when I can expect a response.

  They close 30 minutes early just about every day. The food is good but they are always out of toppings. I got here 12 minutes before close (I hate coming late but I work late), and the doors were locked. One of the workers stuck his head out to tell me that they are closed.
