  I have gone to this chipotle 4 times in a span of a month and every time I go they always either run out of meat (chicken or steak) or don’t have any completely and just begin to prepare some. Every time I was never told anything walking in regarding that they are limited on protein options. As a customer I find it unprofessional that I was never informed about it until after starting my order and being told I would need to wait 30 minutes for my preferred protein option.

  This is easily the worst-run Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They’re consistently out of basic ingredients, which makes ordering frustrating every single time. On top of that, they won’t allow double meat, even when you’re willing to pay for it, which defeats the purpose of customizing your bowl.

  They are constantly out of toppings, chips are always stale, missing free toppings and still charge you for guac. Have ordered pickup multiple times and they don’t include things on your order

  I ordered a chipotle bowl through online delivery. And wow… their portion size is terrible. Don’t get any food here because this is the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to.

  Out of chicken and steak and was told “online orders” have protein???? So we have to do an online order to get the chicken or steak. They were out of small queso cups and made me purchase a large queso instead which I was told was $3 but came out to be $8.50. Terrible customer service and always out of protein
