- AMAndrea MurphyMar 23, 20261.0i decided to go get some food for dinner, and i ordered the same thing i always do which was the market salad and fries. i went through the drive thru, and when i got home i started eating my salad only to see there was a dead lady bug in my salad. i called the location which was Texas Ave and Abby answered the phone. i preceded to tell her what happened and how unacceptable that is. she was very rude and she cut me off mid sentence and hung the phone up( never got a call back). very rude customer service that is supposedly the best at chick fil a. very very disappointing and disgusting.
