My most recent visit it took 16 minutes to get my food after using the kiosk to order because there was no one capable of coming to the register. There was a young lady taking orders out to the drive thru, but she wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge my presence. After 16 minutes of waiting I still got cold fries. McDonald's is so disappointing.

When I finally got my food, it was cold. But I don't blame them because the only person in the kitchen was this sweet lady who kept apologizing. I hope this McDonald's get better staff.
