They should re-train her, or find a new employee that doesn’t make the customers feel unwelcome. She also forgot my sauce and my hash brown that I paid for. All of the food was cold. The bread was rock hard and unappetizing. I can’t think of anything good about this experience. But, nothing was as disappointing as the customer service. Employees like BRITTANY are bad for business. The management at this location needs to wake up, train their employees, and take their job more seriously. If not, corporate needs to clean house and try again.

- WNWest NewmanFeb 1, 20261.0Everytime ive come here i pre order my food and it always takes about 15-20 minutes to get my food out, not to mention the morning manager and the night crew are extremely rude to customers and other workers, i order online everytime i come and i have yet to have a single good experience that makes me want to come back, this last time the worker at the window basically threw my food at me and said nothing the entire time even when i tried to engage, there is no customer service standards here and its ridiculous, i know this comment wont change anything but i hope it helps future customers choose somewhere else.
