  Third time to visit this DQ since I moved into the area. It will be my last visit. The minute I walked in the door I saw 4 people waiting right inside the door. 2 more people waiting on the side of the counter where you order. After a few minutes standing in line I was told by a person that everyone had ordered and was waiting. I stepped up to order. After a few more minutes my order was taken at 6:53 PM. The store web site shows the store closes at 10:00 PM. I went to find a table and saw to my right that 1/2 of the dinning room had been closed off by placing chairs across the floor to block the entrance. To my left the "open" section of the dinning room only had 2 tables open. Both were filthy. I chose to wipe off one of the tables but OPS there were no napkins on the table. I grabbed the few left on the last table and used them. As I waited for my food I noticed that there were food particles all over the floor in the dinning room. I counted a total of 4-5 employees working. All looked to be teenagers except for a middle-aged lady. At this point the employees friends had arrived and used the chairs that were restricting access to the other dining room as a gathering place. One was clearly vaping inside the restaurant and passing it to another person back and forth. As the employees gathered around for a visit with their friends my food (burger and fries) arrived 25 minutes later. My fries were cold, my hamburger buns were old and brittle. My Dr. Pepper was flat and I had to finger around what was left of the lids to find one that fit. During my appx 45 minutes in this madhouse I never saw any employee bus any table, sweep any floor, refill any supplies for customers. The bottom line is this place is run by management that allows their teenage employees to set the level of service at this store. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned from the bottom up and all new management brought in to keep control of this place. My last visit at this DQ.

  The Cashier Matthew was amazing! For being there less than a week and still training, he sure does a great job!

  We went through the drive-through to order. We ended up waiting for 40 minutes before finding out that they had handed off our food to someone else. They then went back into the restaurant and put the food that has been handled by someone else into other bags to give it to me and did not realize I was there watching. Then when I asked for a refund, they didn’t wanna give it. When they did, they gave me half of my money. Very unprofessional. Very deceitful. They ought to lose their food handlers permit for trying to pass around food the way that they did!

  The worker doing drive through needs a raise. She was absolutely busy because of understaffing at this location. Her name started with an A and it was 30 minutes til close, I had to wait a good couple of minutes before I was addressed at the drive through window. The bugs like the light so go drive through during the day. Overall pretty great quality quick treat 🍦 😋
