  Ordered today and arrived when my order was supposed to be ready, but I had to wait at least 20 minutes. I expected it to be fresh since I waited that long, however , it seemed as though some of the chicken was just re-cooked after sitting under the hot light for quite some time bc it was hard to the touch and to eat. I couldn’t even serve it to my toddler. On top of that, I had ordered plain chicken and some spicy chicken but both came in one container and the spicy ended up all over the plain chicken- again, my toddler could not eat them- but I would give them another try in the future as they were extremely helpful with my daughter who got down to get the order by herself bc she wanted to have that experience. I wish all of my family members we could have ate the food. unfortunately i couldn’t even drive back to exchange the food or get a refund.

  Review Draft I wish I would have listened to the reviews before trying this location. Last week we decided to give Wingstop in Cleveland a try since it recently opened. Although most of the reviews mentioned poor service and mediocre food, we figured we would try it for ourselves and form our own opinion. Unfortunately, the experience matched many of the reviews we had read. We placed a pickup order for the 15-wing combo; half lemon pepper and half hot parmesan, both requested extra crispy. From the start, the service felt off. The phone call to place the order sounded like the employee was inconvenienced by taking it, and when we arrived for pickup the attitude felt the same; almost like we were being asked why we were even there. As for the food, it was disappointing. The hot parmesan wings were not extra crispy at all. In fact, the skin felt almost as if they had barely been fried. The lemon pepper wings were okay, but nothing memorable. One thing that stood out was the size of the wings; they were extremely large, which for us is not a plus. We personally prefer smaller wings, and these looked overly big. Overall, we were hoping for a better first impression, especially for a brand-new location. Based on this visit, the service and food quality both need improvement. Management please step up your game and rehire better personnel. (Wish I would have taken pictures.) Kind regards
