  So I came to your location on yesterday afternoon to pick up a late meal after leaving work, and I had a god-awful experience. Now, on last week when the tall white girl was there she always gives excellent customer service. However that young lady is no longer there because she has moved on into her career as an occupational therapist I know a professional when I see one. other subway locations in the area always display great customer service but when I walked through the door excellent customer service went out of the window. I did not experience excellent customer service. When I walked in I was not greeted The lady who prepared my sandwich went straight to the sink to wash your hands she turned around and said "what type of bread do you want?" I leaned down so that she could see my reflection through the window and say "hey good afternoon how's your day?" because that's the salutation I expected to receive, that's prime customer service, however she did not give me that. she maintained a very nasty gross attitude, glaring at me throughout the entire time .she didn't ask me what I wanted on my sandwich, instead I had to tell her and I have never had a bad experience here until yesterday I wish that i screenshot to you the receipt so it can capture the server ID (101594) time: 4:02:45 pm and you have a talk with her because what my mind told me to do was to make her prepare my entire sandwich and leave it there on the counter without paying for it but I didn't do that instead I paid for my entire meal... but you need to reprimand her for nasty customer service. And I have one idea why she was rude to me...you think on that. And I've posted this experience on Twitter.

  Went to get food at 2pm on a Saturday they were all ready down to just wheat bread and flat bread and not cooking more, also already out of pepper jack cheese and turkey.. like wth?? ON A SATURDAY!!

  Very Professional, best smelling subway I ever stepped foot in. very clean and smiling staff. Definitely recommend this location.

  Came to get something to eat, they close at 12 and I came at 11:40 they had the door already locked with the open sign on, employee looked at me and told me no he was just standing on his phone

  We were just passing through and saw this Subway. Shout out to Abigail who did awesome! She was so kind and did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. She asked how our day was going and where we were going. I love Subway and eat at them often...Never have I had someone ask me that while dining there. You can tell she cares about what she does because she didn't just throw our sandwiches together. She needs a raise because she did excellent! I also love that they had KLOVE playing in the background!
