  Make sure to check the bag before you drive off. They are notorious for giving you the wrong order or missing something from your order. Other then that the food is always fresh. The staff is nice.

  I am a customer at your Cleveland store and yall have two managers there that has been there for years they need to be fired immediately one is Sherri Foster. The other is her brother in law Roger. He needs to be looked into for covering her hateful hostility work environment ways. She’s so rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional.It need to be looked into. Employees are afraid to speak up against Sherri when Todd comes in ( in fear of losing their income). She has been doing this for over 50 years. nothings get done because she calls her brother in law and here’s only her side. I know this I have had family members work there and I have been a customer there for years. She treats her staff like their scum to her. She talks about and to all of her employees in the most DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING way. EVERYDAY she is mad. Roger doesn’t do a good job at him being the next of command. It has and will always be a conflict of interest. The turnover rate at McDonald’s is and will always be high long as she’s there. She’s a very unhappy person and makes everyday a hostile environment.

  I normally work all over in North Houston and the greater areas along 59 and never in my life have I received food that was literally a hockey puck, hot and spicy flat with the sauce, coming out from all sides, coating the entire top and bottom of the bun. Double cheeseburger plane completely flat, which I don’t understand why it’s flat what are you guys doing pressing all the food before you actually put it out? Management is quick to fix the mistake but when the mistakes keep happening, that’s the actual problem and they don’t really want to retrain anyone do they. Do better McDonald’s Cleveland.

  worst service ever!, I order breakfast throught the app like around 10:19 before lunch and when I went to pick up my order the guy on the window told me that he has to cancel my order just because it was literally 1 minute before 10:30 and the guy on the window with attitute told me that he has to cancel my order this happen today 10/26/2025, I don' t expect a lot from a fast food restaurant but the service in this place is horrible, people always with attitude, I know is a fast food restaurant and we don't expect to be treated good but At least we expect to be serve properly because That is why the app let you order breakfast because it was clearly before 10:30 pm.
