It has a good selection of items and the staff are always helpful. However, today the checkout lines were 5 or 6 deep. I had 4 items and went to the express (15 items or less) line. I was 4th behind one person with 31 items, the next had 25, next had 27 and 4th had 33. There were five others behind me with less than 15 items. Point is... why the sign if you do not intend to enforce it. Also, it certainly doesn't help when people are so inconsiderate to others or believe the rules don't apply to them. Take the sign down if you are not willing to make it stick!
