- SSSeanNov 4, 20253.0Floyd serves great selection of good food and is a good place; however, food & service are unpredictable and can vary greatly. 4 times (3 of which from drive through) we ordered Moist Brisket and got extremely dry one without notice. Last drive through we've clarified that we will not take it & will return it if it isn't what we ordered.... still 4 orders of dry brisket without any mention... till we backed up the car & returned it all and heard the excuses for their failure to be honest. We don't have any... it's not my fault... I didn't take the order... + Vacuous excuses instead of simple statement upfront... I feel ambivalent leaving this review because I like their food & frequent them regularly, but do not appreciate the repeated deceptions. I hope they fix this issue of integrity & honesty; otherwise, trust is broken about the entire operation.
