This to me is unacceptable for a restraunt to serve. And it was my understanding the owner is a Christian. You just dont serve this to anybody.

While the staff—whether genuinely or simply professionally—were courteous and respectful, the food itself was a major disappointment. The brisket was severely overcooked, clearly past the point where collagen breaks down properly. As a result, the meat fibers collapsed, leaving it dry, tough, and completely lacking moisture, which appeared to have evaporated rather than remained trapped in the meat. Regardless of the cause, the final result was an unpleasant and unacceptable dish. Unfortunately, the experience was further diminished by the condition of the restroom. The toilet was visibly unclean, with fecal residue left behind, which raised serious concerns about overall cleanliness. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I left feeling genuinely disappointed.
