Went through the drive thru on our way through town. They forgot two things I ordered, and said they could not give me a refund or credit unless I brought the receipt back in to the store. I am not from this area and was already 30 minutes away when we realized they were missing so could not go back. I even double checked with the person who handed me the order to ask if everything was in the one bag, and he assured me it was. They are refusing to refund me over the phone despite me giving them the order #. So they basically stole $10 from me!!!!

Consistency in food and service. Their breakfast seems to be better quality than most fast food places and like that they grill the buns on burgers but always check that your order is right especially if you go through the drive-thru.

This Whataburger has gotten my order wrong on 4 different occasions including tonight and that roads are too icy to go back up leaving me giving my food to my daughter so she can eat. These. The team does not care about customer service and poor management for not taking action against the team. Accountability is everything and if management does not hold their selves accountable and do not take disciplinary action then the staff will continue making mistakes. If this is happening to me, then how many more they are doing wrong to others who don't say anything. This matter need needs to be fixed

Completely messed up my order last time I was there i just let it go and now I go to eat my burger and taste nothing but salt and so did my wife…someone get this place under control
