Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Many customers reported issues with food being cold, undercooked, or incorrect, leading to dissatisfaction.

Horrible food and service!!
Onion rings and fries cold, drinks had no carbonation. Chicken tenders were super small. Didn't give the dipping sauces we ask for. No receipt.
I called and they want me to drive back across town to get it remade.
Would not give a credit.
Horrible place!! Do not go there, you will be disappointed!!

It's fast food, so I just can't bring myself to give it 5's. Compared to all fast food, I would give it straight 5's. Value, quality, and quantity are everything you could ask for in fast food. For this Cleburne location on 67, they do a great job of getting it all correct. The location by Lowe's should be avoided by all.

I usually don’t do reviews for places like this but wowww, mason was really good at his job. I was impressed that he took responsibility for a small mistake and corrected it with the right attitude. He was very helpful and I really liked his attitude towards his job.
