Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Took 40 minutes just to get warm food not hot food.
Was missing a fry and burger was inedible. Me and three people ate.not even 30 minutes after eating all of stomachs were hurting and bloated. I understand I work in fast food .yall were busy . There was a bunch of cars at 1 am. But plainly it was unacceptable. Slow service,horrible food, taquito smelled fishy.please clean your grills at least wipe them in between orders . Also $40 down the drain .food nor time was worth it

Night shift needs to get it together. We almost never leave with the fries or sauces we order. The food usually tastes okay, but half of my $14 meal is always missing! No I don’t want to drive all the way home, finally sit down with our food, and drive all the way back to get my fries so that the other half of my food can be cold!! 5th time IN A ROW.

I’m visiting from Florida and always love to eat at Whataburger when here. The other morning I ordered pancakes to go for my mother (who is in assisted living) when I got to her and opened the bag, it was not pancakes! She was upset and I was pissed. I came back this morning and asked if they could make it right. They happily obliged.
