This location has been extremely disappointing. It feels disorganized, communication is lacking, and the overall atmosphere seems tense and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, after several recent visits, my order has been incorrect every single time. Consistency and attention to detail matter, and I hope improvements are made because I would really like to be able to rely on this location.

It is not very often to see a staff at a fast food place be so professional and friendly. Everyone worked together so well and had smiles on their faces! There was a young man who seemed liked the manager and he was involved, friendly, and lead by example. We were really impressed!
Placed an order on the app for curbside pickup and entered in my car description as the app instructed. Waited 10 minutes, finally walked inside and order was sitting on the counter. No one was going to bring it curbside. Ordered a bootlegger club, add EZ mustard, cut in half. What we got is the picture below- laughable roast beef, excessive mustard, not cut in half. Also the app asked me what I wanted to drink, I ordered a Dr Pepper fountain drink, that wasn’t done either. This pathetic sandwich, a bag of chips, and a fountain drink for $13? Jimmy John’s has gone downhill. We won’t be going back.
