  I placed an order online on Christmas Eve. I received a text saying my order would be ready at 4:53 pm. My husband left and went to go pick up the order and the lobby was closed. He then called and told me; I asked him why he didn't try the drive thru he told me no one was going through it. By this time, he had made it home which I then called, and they told me the drive thru was only open. He went back to go through the drive thru and get the order. When he came home the food was cold, understandable, BUT I paid over 3 dollars for extra cheese on my nachos and there was barely any, my husband's nachos looked awful. I went back today with pictures and my receipt that I printed out of my email. I asked to speak to a manager the lady, who's name I didn't get, told me she was the manager. I then showed her the pictures, and she said there was nothing she could do about it that it sat for 2 hours. But how could it have sat there for 2 hours if they closed at 6? She then said the food was made correctly and there was nothing she could do about it. She was extremely condescending in her manner and attitude. I will NEVER be back there. That has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

  I had asked this slightly bigger guy what happened to the drink machine and he told me yall switched it to healthier option and he recommended I try the Dr Dr and the cherry coke I think his name was slade

  There's a chubby boy that was super kind an really helpful i believe his name was slade seems like such a good young man.

  The food was good, but I can go to taco Casa and get the same food for cheaper. Prices are just too high here for fast food.

  My family was so excited to eat here after moving out of state earlier this year. We were severely disappointed. The whole kitchen was shut down, there was two people making food. It was dim and looked nasty. It was disgusting. We turned around and walked out without ordering. It looked like we would be spending our holiday hugging a toilet if we are here. Thankfully Taco Casa was open and didn't disappoint
