  I was excited to use the app and Chipotle Lane to pick up an order. Upon arrival I was told their app wasn’t working and needed to come into the store to replace an order. Normally that would not be that big of a deal except that I did not have time and specifically needed to pick it up in the manner in which I had prepaid to do so. The told that I could not get a refund through them and I needed to contact the app to get it, this process took another 45 minutes of my time to actually get a refund in 3-5 days. Nowhere in this was I given any ‘ I’m sorry’ or quality customer service. Unfortunately if this is the service Chipotle will be offering in Cleburne, I do not see them doing well. I cannot comment on the food because I never got a chance to get it.

  Staff is new, so it's understandable they have difficulty wrapping these burritos effectively, but the amount of liquid in mine made it a completely soggy mess. Also, the fact that Chipotle doesn't offer nachos with the mountain of chips they have on hand is yet another reason why Freebirds is still the undisputed champ when it come to the build your own burrito place.

  I went here for lunch today. The food was fine but my chips were stale. The price for the food was not worth it. I paid $23 for a bowl, chips and a drink and I was left unsatisfied. I don’t think it’s worth it to go here.

  I actually ate there yesterday and today, using their “Chipotlane.” Yesterday- food GREAT, fast service! Today- Sat in pick-up line for 35 minutes. Food Temp: Completely cold. Poor people inside seemed frazzled. Tip- If someone’s food is not ready for pick-up, advise them to go to get back in car line. Invest time in protocols like that.
