I still get the burrito not how I want. 1 of my drinks were wrong. For sitting there as long as I did and how much I explained its very frustrating to not get what I wanted (it the one night I got to eat out, dont mean to sound spoiled)
- JRJared RosatiOct 15, 20251.0Not going to lie the sweet girl hop very nice and polite but the manger was more focused on speed of service than accurate order fulfillment they had to make the drink 4 times and still was horrible and they acted like a menu item was a foreign language special order somehow every other sonic manages to make simple menu items without any problems but hey I got the drink in less than a minut each time and after 4 failed attempts I just tipped the nice car hop girl and threw the horrible drink her manger failed to make 4 times in the trash and walked away drinkless

The people themselves are nice when talking to them but when my order has already been ready and waiting for 10 minutes before I arrive it shouldn't take another 15-20 min to get my food out to me I get so mad when going and see 10 people go through the drive through when my food is ready.
