  Amazing customer service. Like seriously amazing. My daughter had just came from a doctor appointment and was having a really hard day. She had been crying for almost an hour. The man at the window was so kind and funny and got her to laugh and smile again when I couldn’t. People don’t realize how much small moments like that matter, especially in customer service. That really meant a lot to me. Thank you for making my daughter’s day. We’ll definitely be back.

  The service is amazing the people are on top of everything Sofia keeps the dining room clean she has really good customer service and the lobby and bathroom is always kept clean.

  Ms Sophia here at this location was wonderful, food was quick and fast, hit the spot. Really want to stress how much Sophia made this location feel very welcoming. She’s got a lot of great positive energy.

  Bad customer service, it was raining so used the drive thru today with no cars behind me, the server was being passive aggressive at the window making sounds of frustration, obviously mad because I told her that the baja blast I ordered was the purple (midnight) instead of the regular one. I am paying for my food which is already expensive for my whole family, to be treated like I am begging for it or if it was free. Just have someone professional and willing to serve with better customer service for your clients.
