  12/15 440 pm Never going there again felt really annoyed by the Black Star on the guy at the teller not explaining how the stupid menu works First and last time to Jimmy John's I don't even want to eat my sandwich I'm going to give it to my dog

  Went drive through, every 5 seconds the guy keeps asking me, " do you want anything else?" Like yeah man If you would stop talking and let me place an order that would be great. Then of course, like every other Jimmy John's, they dont put the avocado on my sandwich. Smh.

  I understand you just open ppl gonna be new, but taking an incorrect order maybe spend more time listening to ppl and familiarize yourself with the layout of the menu on the machine, food is fine

  Came here during their grand opening! Everyone was nice and welcomed me in. As you walk in, the ordering registration is right in front of you! The young lady at the register was very helpful & a little shy. Ordered the chicken bacon sandwich meal. The sandwich came out warm and toasty! Chips were very crunchy! There aren't many tables and chairs due to the space but will accommodate around 27 to 30 customers inside and about four outside seating. Have both male & female separe bathrooms in the back. Overall, quiet, very clean, and knowledgeable new employees.

  Many different sub and sandwich options. If your hungry and don't want a combo... try a 16" Giant, or craving meat; get a gargantuan. They also offer the lil' john for those looking for a snack, and the slim if you want meat and cheese. I personally have tried many options and cannot disagree with the quality, speed, or kindness of the staff. As I was entering the store they were restocking and conversing with each other and enjoying their day; once I entered it was all eyes on me, and they didn't miss a beat - or how I wanted my sub made - starting with I wanted it on whole grain wheat (which I was amazed they offer). To summarize you need to go there; kind amazing staff, very quality and guest oriented. Easily one of the best food places I've been in Cibolo. Try 'em out.
