Even the simple common acknowledgment such as “we are running behind” or something, ANYTHING! The one giving us the food was kind but the chubby girl with glasses and the other girl with light brown hair saw us but just kept laughing. Besides the horrible service, the food was decent.

- AAAmmonNov 12, 20252.0Not bad during the day for lunch, but man after 7:00pm or so don't bother. Night crew just doesn't have it together. Multiple times have had bad experiences there at night. Most recently was on 11/11 at ~8:00pm. Was the only person in line and still had to wait ~5 min for someone to start taking my order, while girl at the register just sat there not doing anything and was talking to friends. Then they were "out for the rest of the night" on pico and fajita veggies (which has happened before as well). At 8:00pm? I guess this location is more popular with pico than every other Chipotle I've ever been to, because that doesn't happen anywhere else.

First I thought the young lady was going to serve me but she walked off, the other workers kept looking at her wondering why she wasn’t serving me. Then a young guy with the big fro and glasses made my order. He was pretty rude and the way he was handling my food was incredibly sloppy to the point he rolled my burrito, I asked for another foil just so the food wouldn’t fall out and he held my burrito carelessly and all of the food fell out. It was trifling I just left out.

This is the first time this has ever happened and I called the number and a robot answered, no humans ever answer the phone chipotle do better this is horrible.
