Serving my country was a huge honor, so it’s always nice to be appreciated and recognized for serving. The young man working the front counter was still cheerful and kind even after welcoming military veterans all day long. I didn’t notice any signs of impatience or agitation from the employees or customers. The evening atmosphere was positive. My lemon pepper boneless wings and fries were served hot and crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. 😋 Delicious! Oh, the employee also took the time to step away from the register to snap a selfie with me. 👍🏾👍🏾

He was quick to listen, was not rude, and did not try to excuse himself or the team for the mistakes made. I hope that his management takes notice of his hard work and customer service skills. Thanks Stefan for turning an unpleasant experience at Buffalo Wild Wings into a positive one. We will definitely be returning.
