  Came in here today from UT. Had to stop and get me something to eat at this McDonalds. They have the best coffee. I got my steak & egg with a hashbrown. I like this location because they have an open trucking parking lot attached. So it's easy getting in and out. Will stop here again if I'm in the area. There's plenty of food options and I actually love the kiosk. (It doesn't mess up). Order always comes out with no mistakes.

  Very slow. Everyone complains about their orders being wrong. The online system is not very efficient. One worker was very rude to an online shopper. I suggest you do not leave drive threw until you check your order.

  Plenty of employees standing around inside, but you have to place a mobile order or use the kiosk to place a order. Unless you use drive through. Very long wait and not so friendly counter workers.

  This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Avoid at all costs! We order two meals. They delivered 1 sandwich and didn’t even have the grace to apologize when they finally acknowledged us standing at the counter and brought my cold sandwich 5 minutes later. All the tables were dirty. Just awful.

  We stopped by this McDonald's on our way to Dallas and it was an absolute mess. The service was awful. The guy with the red tips in his hair had a bad attitude and kept getting our order wrong. We waited at our table for 20 minutes only to get the wrong order. We got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a breakfast burrito that we did not order. We ordered 2 orders of (2) mcgriddles in our order and the guy later on told us they were out of mcgriddles and just stared at us giving us no options for further assistance. I asked to speak to the manager who then struggled to process a refund for those items as well as the hashbrowns we were supposed to get but didn't because "breakfast is now over" but we had ordered over 20 minutes before. We also ordered some apple pies which were served cold. I asked the guy to reheat the pies and they gave us the same pies without doing anything to them. I then had to walk this guy through our order because he had completely forgotten our drinks. He grabbed the receipt and crumpled it in his hand showing frustration. I understand being busy but there is no need to give attitude to the customer when the staff got the order wrong. On top of this, the tables were dirty and I had to wipe it down before sitting. The windows are covered in water residue. The floors were muddy. I truly do NOT recommend stopping by this McDonald's. If you can, just turn around and go to the TacoBell down the street. This was a nightmare to deal with.
